Join us every Monday in February, at 9 am for a walk on the Trail. We will have a discussion as we walk and since February is Heart Month…our discussion this month will be self-compassion.
“Bodies in motion, stay in motion”…consider building a healthy habit for 2020!!!!! Bring water, wear proper shoes, and appropriate clothing and we will see you the first Monday in February.
